How It Works
Begin your Greatly Health Journey in minutes with these four simple steps.
Where mind meets body,
to feel and heal better.

Backed by research.
Built by experts.
Tailored for you.

At Greatly, our team includes leading oncologists and integrative medicine experts from MSK, licensed coaches and fitness instructors, and cancer survivors who have walked this path themselves. Each member is specially trained to deliver evidence-based integrative medicine to help you heal during and after treatment.

We’re here because we believe no one should have to navigate cancer recovery alone. While integrative medicine is proven to ease symptoms, speed recovery, and support long-term healing, access is often limited. We’re changing that by making science-backed care accessible from anywhere, at any stage of your journey.

Stronger Than Ever

“These classes have been a life saver for me. They kept me in shape, both mentally and physically. They gave me a place to go, a place to exercise, a place to meditate, and a place to gather with a community that gets it. I am so grateful and my mind and body are stronger than ever.”
I Finally Have A Routine

“It’s great because I tried to exercise on my own, but I wasn’t able to maintain a regular routine. This did just that. There was always someone on the other side encouraging me to move, reminding me that I could do it.”
It Calmed My Racing Thoughts

“As a patient, lots of times my biggest problem was my racing thoughts… These classes really made me slow down and focus on the current session.”
A Grounding Community

"This community is a grounding force in my life and the life of my mother. She is thankfully very healthy and these classes have made a huge difference in her life!"
Enabled Me To Continue Work

”This program enabled me to feel physically well so that I could keep working and providing for my family– despite the side effects of treatment."

FAQs

What is Integrative Medicine?
Integrative medicine is a patient-centered approach to care that combines conventional medical treatments (such as  the chemotherapy, surgery, or radiation that you receive from your doctor) with evidence-based, complementary therapies (such as yoga, acupuncture, nutrition counseling, meditation, and tai chi). Integrative medicine treats the whole person by addressing the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of a person’s health.
Is it okay to use Greatly alongside my prescribed treatment plan?
Yes. Integrative medicine is not a replacement for standard treatment plans, but acts as a complement to them. Additionally, every person's needs are different and will be addressed in your plan after your initial phone call with our team.
What types of classes do you offer?
We offer classes focused on physical fitness (exercise for stronger bones, better sleep, cardio, core strength, and vitality), mind-body practice (yoga, chair yoga, breathwork, Tai Chi, and Qigong), and emotional wellness (meditations, music therapy, group workshops and discussions).  We match these classes to your individual needs with a personalized integrative care plan.
