Backed by research.
Built by experts.
Tailored for you.

At Greatly, our team includes leading oncologists and integrative medicine experts from MSK, licensed coaches and fitness instructors, and cancer survivors who have walked this path themselves. Each member is specially trained to deliver evidence-based integrative medicine to help you heal during and after treatment.

We’re here because we believe no one should have to navigate cancer recovery alone. While integrative medicine is proven to ease symptoms, speed recovery, and support long-term healing, access is often limited. We’re changing that by making science-backed care accessible from anywhere, at any stage of your journey.

Stronger Than Ever

“These classes have been a life saver for me. They kept me in shape, both mentally and physically. They gave me a place to go, a place to exercise, a place to meditate, and a place to gather with a community that gets it. I am so grateful and my mind and body are stronger than ever.”
I Finally Have A Routine

“It’s great because I tried to exercise on my own, but I wasn’t able to maintain a regular routine. This did just that. There was always someone on the other side encouraging me to move, reminding me that I could do it.”
It Calmed My Racing Thoughts

“As a patient, lots of times my biggest problem was my racing thoughts… These classes really made me slow down and focus on the current session.”
A Grounding Community

"This community is a grounding force in my life and the life of my mother. She is thankfully very healthy and these classes have made a huge difference in her life!"
Enabled Me To Continue Work

”This program enabled me to feel physically well so that I could keep working and providing for my family– despite the side effects of treatment."

FAQs

What is Integrative Medicine?
Integrative medicine is a patient-centered and evidence-informed approach to care that combines conventional medical treatments (such as chemotherapy, surgery, or radiation) with research-backed, complementary mind-body therapies (such as fitness, yoga, acupuncture, nutrition counseling, meditation, and tai chi). Integrative medicine treats the whole person by addressing the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of a person’s health. Learn more here.
Is it okay to use Greatly alongside the treatment plan prescribed by my oncologist?
Yes. Integrative medicine is not a replacement for standard treatment plans, but acts as a complement to them. Our integrative care team will take your treatment plan into consideration when building your integrative care plan. You should let your existing health care team (e.g. oncologists, primary care physicians) know that you are participating in fitness and mind-body classes.
What types of classes do you offer?
We offer virtual classes focused on physical fitness (ex: Fitness for Stronger Bones, Kickboxing, Dance Cardio, and Core Strength), mind-body practice (ex: Yoga for Better Sleep, Chair Yoga, Tai Chi, and Qigong for Balance and Strength), and emotional wellness (ex: Morning Meditation, Music Therapy for Creativity and Self-Compassion, workshops, and discussions).

For Complete Care members, our integrative care team will match these classes to your individual needs with a personalized integrative care plan. Community Members can find information on which classes might be right for their symptoms in the class descriptions.
What is a virtual class?
A virtual class is when your instructor uses a computer or smart device (smartphone or tablet) to lead a group class that you can access from anywhere. During your virtual class, you will see your instructor on the screen, teaching various exercises, movements, or other tools. Many of our patients prefer virtual classes during treatment as it saves them time and reduces potential exposure to germs. You do not need to download any other applications to join Greatly classes.
Will the instructor be able to see and talk to me while in class?
While we encourage connection to our community throughout your recovery journey, we also respect your boundaries on whether or not you wish to share any personal information about yourself at this time.

Participants are not visible to each other, or to the instructor, unless they manually turn on video sharing during a class. You also have the option to rename or hide your name while in a virtual class. To ask a question at any time during the virtual class, simply use the chat function.
How many classes are included in my membership?
With your monthly Community or Complete Care membership, you can take as many classes as you would like to take. We offer 20+ classes every week.
